The Tuna Flares are a 'sea witch' style lure meant for skirting dead baits such as ballyhoo on the troll.

You can easily pass up to 220# fluorocarbon leader through the center hole.  Great lure for tuna and

mahi but will also catch other pelagics like marlin and wahoo. (1 Tuna Flare per tube)
